I had a really hard time picking my favorite photos to showcase for Sheri and John's wedding in New Orleans this past November. So I just picked my favorite black and white photos. Taken by the fantastic team of Meg and Charles Baisden one can't help but be drawn to the beauty of the bride, the details, the charming groom, and the absolute fun this wedding conveys. Although I don't know Sheri personally, she has been an absolute gem to many a New Orleans bride, myself included. She introduced me to Meg and Charles for which I'm forever grateful. As soon as I saw Sheri's slideshow, I knew I had to book Meg and Charles Baisden right away.

Wow Caroline. I'm flattered and honored by your recognition of our wedding in your blog!! Tonight, I thought, "I wonder what Caroline has been up to?" I was curious about what new things you'd come up with for your wedding and headed to theknot.com to check out your bio. To my surprise and delight, you'd started a blog! I thought, "This is great!!" Even though we've never met, it's apparent that you have such style and grace about you. It wasn't until I'd read a dozen posts or so, that I stumbled across your "Real Weddings" series. Awww thanks Sheri! It's something I started to keep track of all the minutia running through my head:)But seriously... thank you for all the inspiration:) Next time I'm back in NOLA (this fall)I'll send you an email for a get together? It's time we finally meet!
